On December 4, 2006, Intelius, Inc. expanded the size and scope of offered employment screening services and products when it acquired IntelliSense Corporation, a Bothell, Washington-based employment screening firm.

The acquisition of IntelliSense increases Intelius’ market share and furthers its efforts to consolidate the employment screening industry.
